Ref:-   1. G.O. Ms.No. 294, H.E.  (U E II) dated 20-12-2008.

We submit the  aforesaid  G.O. approving   2 advance increments  for those who acquired Ph.D. qualification  prior to 1-1-1996 in 1996 U.G.C. Scales  for  your kind perusal.

We  request you to kindly issue  necessary instructions  to the Principals for sending proposals in this matter.
