The Retired College Teachers’ Association, Andhra Pradesh expresses its deep sense of shock and sorrow at the sudden and untimely demise of our beloved Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy Garu. Pensioners Welfare was one of his priorities.
